If we can’t fix your problem, we simply charge a diagnostic fee and call out fee, and then find a reliable, ethical local mechanic for you to get the job done! Not all repairs can be done on the side of the road, however we want to ensure our customers are looked after and in the best of hands!
Do you charge a call out fee?
We charge a diagnostic fee which is a flat rate of $99, and then a call our fee that is $1 per KM from Robina Town Centre to your location (one way) All these fee’s are inclusive of GST.
How long will it take for you to fix my car?
The great thing is, we will try and fix your car the day we diagnose it! However if it is not possible, we have a guarantee of 7 days!
What if you can’t fix my car?
9/10 We can fix your car! However, if we can’t fix your car due to the nature of the work not being ‘mobile’, you will join our partnership program which means we negotiate and find a partner mechanic to do the work. We will ensure you are looked after.
